Houston Wedding Venues

Updated: May 19, 2020

Here is a listing of some new venues, some oldies but goodies, some modern and some very rustic locations.

The Revaire is a brand-new property located off the Hempstead Highway close to 610 and I-10 exchange. The designers really had the modern couple in mind with the stunning 12 ft. mercury glass doors and over 14000 sq. ft of clean, customizable white walls. Your ceremony will be perfectly held in the Gallery space, followed by a reception in Great Room. The aptly names Champagne lounge for the Bride’s dressing

and Whiskey Room for the Groom and his party are very nice additions to the space.

This new property in the heart of Downtown and minutes from Discovery Green boasts a unique Modern French design. The floor-to-ceiling windows and brilliant chandeliers are a beautiful and perfect for intimate weddings of 150 or less. Their hotel chairs are pretty special with their plush dark green velvet. Brides will LOVE having their portrait taken on the majestic and sleek stairwell.

The Houston Event Venue is located in the historical R. B. Everett building in EADO minutes from Minute Maid Park and offers 10,000 sq. ft. of space. Since this is a warehouse space, the ceilings are open, the walls are white with some exposed brick, but it lends itself to creating anything you want. The best thing about this space is the ability to bring in any vendor and especially your own alcohol.

This property has all the southern elegance and charm to make your guests feel right at home.  It can accommodate up to 300 guests with an outdoor ceremony site that sits amongst the gardens, offering a crystal chandelier arbor with a backdrop of the pond and fountain to host your nuptials.  The newly built Camellia Chapel is full of romance, rustic charm, and vintage inspired details. The indoors reception space has a wall of windows overlooking the pond and covered veranda is ideal setting for cocktail hour or outdoor bar.

Deer Lake Lodge located in Conroe is a very cool place in itself, as it is a cleansing spa. A couple years ago the owners decided the property was to wonderful not to share and so they opened the Grand Hall and Chapel Barn. These two spaces are the epitome of rustic charm. Gorgeous chandeliers, barn doors, church pews, rope swings and elegantly designed woodwork make this a perfect location for that country chic couple.

The Rustic Rose, located about 20 minutes north of The Woodlands, definitely boasts the attributes of its name with rustic yet elegant designs in a number of spaces. Your ceremony down by the pond will be quite special. Guests will be delighted walking through the chandelier lit breezeway into the converted barn called the Reception Hall. The built-in fireplace and bars made out of wine barrels will definitely give off the unique country flair.
